FRESH PASSIONFRUIT
YELLOW PASSIONFRUIT (available now) Botanic name: Passiflora flavicarpa. Its flavor is sweet, acidic and tropical with mild floral notes. Yellow passionfruit contains riboflavin and niacin and is rich in amino acids. They also are higher in citric acid and carotene than the Purple passionfruit though they have a lower content of ascorbic acid. The pulp can be used raw or cooked in both sweet and savory preparations. The pulp with seeds can be used in fruit salads, cocktails or served a top yogurt and ice cream. Seeds can be removed or consumed along with the pulp. Our fruits come from organic plantations in Mondulkiri.
FRESH AVOCADO
- AVOCADO REED (available from March) - very round, large, thick skinned green avocados with a creamy smooth texture and excellent buttery-flavored flesh. - AVOCADO HASS (available from March to July) The Hass avocado is one of the most delicious varieties of avocado around, with a rich creamy flesh and superior taste. Hass avocados are higher in fat than other varieties, which gives them a richer taste and smoother, creamier texture Our avocados are grown on local plantations in Mondulkiri, farm locations have been strategically selected by elevation, soil base, weather and temperature conditions. We only collect and sell fruit that is ready to be harvested. This distinguishes our avocados from those exported from distant countries.

Among the many available options, we have chosen to run avocado and passion fruit plantations due to the perfect climatic conditions and the highest profitability of these crops. In Asia, like all over the world, the variety of avocado sought after by retail chains and restaurants is the Hass variety (90% of global exports). Hass avocado production in Asia and Oceania is insufficient and covers only 5% of Asia's demand, the remaining 95% is mainly exported from South America (80%) and Africa (10%). Countries that have recently successfully started growing Hass avocados in Asia are Vietnam, the Philippines, and Cambodia. The demand for avocados in Asia is growing very dynamically (the average market growth in 2014-2019 is 39% annually). In China for example, the avocado was a fruit unknown in the past, and it was only in recent years that it began to be promoted and hit store shelves. The demand for avocados in China is growing very quickly, in the period from 2012 to 2017, avocado imports to China increased from 154 tons to 32 137 tons. Thus, in 2017, China became the 2nd largest importer of avocados in Asia (after Japan). Market experts believe that ultimately the Chinese market may be the largest outlet for avocados in the long term. These facts make our core business is the cultivation of Hass avocados and other market varieties of avocado.

The entrepreneur, business advisor and the private investor, Marcin completed his master's studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He created and ran sales departments in Polish corporations such as SFERIA S.A. easyCALL.pl S.A., PKO BP BANKOWY PTE. He has owned several international companies since 2011 and has been business active in Cambodia since 2015 in the tourism, development and agricultural sectors.
Thun Chhun
Plantation Management & Sales
A graduate of English studies at the Pannasastra University of Cambodia, she completed accounting studies at the Vanda Institute and tax studies at Camad. She has been involved in agriculture since her youth, running her own chilli plantations. From 2020, she is responsible for the comprehensive management of plantations in the Mondulkiri province and contacts with farmers and for the development of distribution channels for fruit.
Ludwik Sobolewski
Strategy & Business
A graduate of the Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He holds the title of Doctor of law (PhD) from Université Panthéon-Assas. He was the President of the Association of Polish Lawyers. He was decorated twice with one of the highest Polish medals, the Order of Polonia Restituta by the Presidents of Poland for his merits in developing the capital market in Poland. He spent several years as the Executive Vice-President of the Polish National Depository for Securities, was President and CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (Romania). He was also chairman of a number of supervisory boards of the biggest polish companies.
Piotr Lysik

The entrepreneur and the owner of the MojaKambodza (MyCambodia) online platform, he obtained a master's degree at the Warsaw School of Economics. In his career as a manager, he collaborated with Warsaw University of Technology and Holding Energy Invest Group S.A. Since 2019 has been the Director of Sales at Runmageddon S.A. Piotr organized 12 conferences in Poland on culture, tourism, and business in Cambodia. He is also the author of more than 400 online publications on the issue.
